Well, Kintla pack has now been claimed, but since no one else tried for it, I doubt that anyone realized that it was up for grabs. Not that I really care.
Anyways, this site has become very inactive, and that makes me sad, but there is nothing that I can do about that right now. I am working with a stress level that is too high for me to hadle. I have been feeling sick since around Christmas and I am certain that I will be sick for the next five days or so. Then I am switching to a new school, which will add to my stress. All of that means that you guys need to try and be as active as you can while I try and find the strength to do something with this site.

Happy New Year to you all!
Kintla pack can now be claimed since j.u.n.e is no longer a member. I will accept the first claiming post that is good enough, so if you want a territory and don't have one yet, now is the time to get one.

The season has now changed to autumn.
There has been very little activity and I will be running an activity check fairly soon. Any member that does not reply, unless away for some reason, will be deleted, this time with no exceptions. This is just a warning to you all.
November 1, 2007
The season is now summer.

Thanks to bLEU, we now have a new skin! bLEU made the skine and the banner, then straightened out all of the codes for me (while I did my homework). Thank you, again, bLEU.
Also, we currently have two new staff members, and if Aguta claims the position that I offered her, then we shall have a third new staff member.
I hope to, soon, proceed with plots on the site, for there is little that goes on here, and something needs to start happening.
Please be patient with me, as I have a lot of school stuff going on at the moment and little time for anything else. But soon enough I will have more time to give to this site, and hopefully next semester I will have even more to give.
Thank you for your patience with me.
Everfrost a world within in a world; this beautiful safe haven is untouched by the destruction that has been much a part of the outside world. There is no war or plague here. At least, there wasn't before the wolves came.
When a small group of wolves came here from the outside world, where war was the ruler of all, they formed four packs. Those four packs grew and, eventually, went to war with each other. Hundreds of years later, however, the packs are at peace again and it seems as if harmony has been restored to the land.
However, before the time of peace had been around for more than a decade, an especially stormy spring flodded the entire land within the mountains, forcing all of the creatures inside the safe haven to flee through the mountain passes. Many were killed. Only a few escaped.
Now that the flood waters have receeded the wolves and other animals are returning. Rostyn, the leader of Nyack Pack has returned to take his place as alpha there. Whether or not the other three leaders will return is still in question...
The humid weather of spring is still ever lasting. Coming out of a hard Winter, the lands are starting to blossom with life yet again. However, the dark storm that is over taking the area is beginning to bring panic to the lands.
This board will contain all the "must reads" of the site - namely the rules and guidelines that must be followed. You can also find something vital to playing the game within this board.
This is where you can find everything on biographies; including creation, accepted, declined, old/inactive, and deceased sub-boards for sorting the bios.
Come here to abandon and adopt characters. When someone abandons a character here the character will be put up for adoption and one of the staff will decide who gets the wolf.
Here you can submit sub-plots for the site. They can be small or large, or simply an idea that you and others can work off of over time. Plots do have to be accepted by a staff member before they may be carried out.
If your female is pregnant and expecting pups, or has had her pups, post here. The admin will chose the amount of pups born and the stats of the pups (exception to that is when it is for a plot).
Here you can let everyone know what your wolf is thinking, feeling, or doing, what posts they are in, how they feel about other wolves, and major events that have happened to them recently. Or you can just post some information about them.
This is the Crandell Pack, the smallest pack in the Land of Everfrost. Though they are a small territory, many wolves can be supported here becaue of the abundance of prey that has found it's home here. The wolves here are tough because of the terrain; a rival pack who might try and take advantage of them will soon find that is not easy. Mountains, like Crandell Mountain, and canyons cover a good potion of the terrian while the rest are hills, slopes, rivers, lakes, and more mountains.
Kintla Pack, named for Kintla Lake in the far corner of the territory, borders Glacier Pack and Crandell Pack. A medium sized territory gives them plenty of room to move around in. Like Crandell territory, they have many mountains, but only a few small canyons. There are hills, lakes, and rivers aplenty and enough prey to fuel a good sized pack. There are a few glaciers here and there too, but they are small. Most of the glaciers are in Glacier Packlands.
Glacier Packland contains a lot of glaciers on it's land. It is a large territory, carefully of fitting in a large pack, though supporting it might be a little diffcult at times, especially during winter. The glaciers discourage many creatures from living in some places. Yet, at the same time, there are many lakes and rivers here - more so than the other territories - that attract as many animals as the glaciers drive away. It also contains McDonald Lake, a large body of water near the edge of the mountains surrounding Everfrost.
The Nyack Pack is smaller than Glacier, and yet larger than Kintla; in between the two. It is located the lowest on the map and has the warmest weather, though it is not much different from the other territories. There is less water here, but some of the plains animals mangage their way through a large, unblocked mountains pass - Snowslip Pass. During the summer months pronghorn antelope may sometimes wander their way onto the territory. This may be the least fertile packland, but it still can support many wolves at one time.
Of the five largest mountains in the ring that surrounds Everfrost, Kintla Mountain is the largest. Standing at 25,000 feet in height it towers above all of the other mountains, it's snowy peak breaking through the clouds high above the land. There is a pass that runs between it and a smaller mountain - Owl Mountain - correctly called Kintla Pass.
Whitefish lake - who knows how it got its name - is a rather large freshwater lake surrounded by flat forested land. It is fed by the Whitefish River. The forest surrounding it is mostly pine and is really a large valley on the edge of the ring of mountains surrounding Everfrost.
Columbia Mountain is the shortest of the five tallest mountains in the circel enveloping Everfrost. Standing at 15,000 feet, it towers above the rest of the mountains, which are no more than 13,000 feet in height. However, there are four other mountains that tower over Columbia. On the slopes of Columbia Mountain there is the Columbia River, running from a source high upon the mountain, which leads to the large falls; Columbia Falls.
Hungry Horse Reservoir is a great lake that seems to grow larger each year. Rains ans snowmelt constantly feed it. It is fed by five different rivers and countless creeks and streams, one of the rivers including the south fork of the Whitefish River. It lays tucked between two mountains, a valley on both of the ends of the long lake.
If you are going away for any amount of time longer than a day or two you need to let us know, just in case there is an activity check while you are away.
